The CV Brake Linings Automatic Pressing System integrates automated material weighing, feeding modules and an automatic pick-and-place robot, forming a complete fully automated pressing line tailored for brake lining manufacturing.
Developed by Fu Chun Jiang Auto Brake Pad Machines, this system optimizes the entire production process, significantly boosting production efficiency while cutting labor costs substantially.
It realizes seamless coordination between material preparation, pressing operations and finished product handling, ensuring uninterrupted and stable mass production for brake lining manufacturers.

Weighing accuracy reaches ≤2.5g per 100g of material, fully meeting the strict weight control requirements for brake lining raw materials in the automotive industry.
The adjustable weighing range (1000g to 1500g) ensures compatibility with most standard CV brake lining specifications on the market.
With a weighing speed of 2 cycles every 50 seconds, the system achieves an optimal balance between weighing precision and material supply efficiency, perfectly matching the overall production rhythm.

The system’s total cycle time is optimized to 70 seconds, covering the entire pressing workflow from material feeding to finished product picking without redundant delays.
The X-Axis is equipped with a 3000mm stroke and 20m/min moving speed, with both positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy controlled at 0.2mm to ensure precise transfer of materials and finished products.
Fu Chun Jiang Auto Brake Pad Machines equips the system with dual Z-Axes (Z1 & Z2) to enhance operational flexibility, each featuring a 1200mm stroke and 10m/min moving speed to adapt to different pressing scenarios and production demands.

Both Z1-Axis and Z2-Axis achieve positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy of 0.1mm, ensuring consistent pressing pressure and stable dimensional accuracy of finished brake linings.
The high-precision axis control system works seamlessly with the automated weighing and feeding module, enabling high-quality brake lining production with minimal human intervention.
